First walk up Lions Head for the sunset. You park at the foot of the mountain and then walk up a path which slowly becomes more and more difficult. The path wraps itself around the mountain becoming steeper and steeper! Eventually you use ladders and chains and metal steps bolted into the rock to climb up vertical rockside. Once at the top you have spectacular views with 360' view of Cape Town! Camps Bay on one side (Atlantic) and the city being dwarfed by Table Mountain on the other side. Amazing to relax with some South African wine and some snacks while the sun sets over the Atlantic horizon.
